This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for Western and Central Wyoming.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Elevated to critical fire weather conditions are expected across
central and southern Wyoming this afternoon.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

Monday and Tuesday...A spring storm will bring widespread rain and
mountain snow to the area. The heaviest rain and snow will be along
and east of the Continental Divide. Winter driving conditions are
expected along mountain passes in these areas.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Weather spotters are encouraged to report significant weather
conditions according to Standard Operating Procedures.

...FLOOD ADVISORY FOR SNOWMELT IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 PM MDT SUNDAY...

* WHAT...River rises caused by high-elevation snowmelt have been
  observed and are the result of recent warm temperatures.

* WHERE...A portion of north central Wyoming, including the
  following county, Johnson.

* WHEN...Until 1100 PM MDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
  Some low-water crossings may become impassable. River or stream
  flows are elevated.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 322 AM MDT, gauge reports indicated river rises and SNOTEL
    observations indicate snowmelt has occurred over the past few
    days. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly
    in the advisory area.
  - Warm temperatures are expected to continue to cause high-
    elevation snowpack melt through Sunday.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Kaycee and Barnum.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Stay away or be swept away. River banks and culverts can become
unstable and unsafe.
